GitDocs AI provides subscription-based services to our customers. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual period.
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid-up period, we will not refund the subscription fees already paid for the current period.
